COVID Vaccines in Jacksonville

To help our community, we have put together a list of various vaccination sites across Duval County and Northeast Florida. With requirements being lowered, all adults 16 and up are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine as of April 5th. There are three vaccines available now:

  • Pfizer/BioNTech is available to those 16 and up and is two doses (A consent form and parent/guardian is necessary to vaccinate 16-17 year olds)
  • Moderna is available to those 18 and up and is two doses
  • Johnson and Johnson (Janssen) is available to those 18 and up and is one dose

Here is a list of various vaccinations sites across Duval County:

  • Regency Square Mall: The State of Florida is operating this site with Pfizer vaccines. Appointments are not necessary. Enter at the south side of the old Sears building. Open 7 days a week from 9am-7pm. Address: 9501 Arlington Expy, Jacksonville, FL 32225
  • Gateway Mall: FEMA and the State of Florida are operating this site with Johnson and Johnson vaccines as of April 6th (those returning for Pfizer second doses with receive the Pfizer dose). Appointments are not necessary. Open 7 days a week from 7am-7pm. Address: 5000-7 Norwood Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32208
  • Celebration Church: The State of Florida is operating this site with Pfizer vaccines. Appointments are not necessary. Open Monday through Saturday from 9am-4:30pm. Address 9555 R G Skinner Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256
  • Edward Waters College: The State of Florida is operating this site with Pfizer vaccines. Appointments are not necessary. Open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm. Address: 1658 Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209
  • Legends Center: The State of Florida is operating this site with Pfizer vaccines. Appointments are not necessary. Open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm. Address: 5130 Soutel Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32208
