Why Should You Have Your Ducts Cleaned?
Did you know according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the air in your home may be 2 to 5 times more polluted than the air outside with the following contaminants.

What Does Our Service Provide?
All supply and return registers (vents) will be removed, cleaned, dried and returned to their original position. All specified duct work will then be power vacuumed with a HEPA filtered unit attached to the ductwork. While the vacuum is in operation, access into the duct work will be made and 175 PSI air agitation tools will be used to loosen debris in both the branch and main lines of the supply and return ducting. An air handler sanitization will be performed. The blower wheel, motor and housing will be removed. The motor and all wiring will be wiped down. Remaining components will be washed. The evaporator coil will be washed in place with an industrial cleaner, which is environmentally friendly (non-acid). The drain pan and line will be flushed out. We even provide a diffuser boot seal for vents. Since this part typically has gaps at the sheetrock, it allows hot attic air, fine dust, dirt and fiberglass to be blown into the house. This process reduces dust in the home, condensation and dirt around the vent. Upon completion of the duct cleaning, we maintain a negative pressure on the ductwork. An all natural disinfectant will be fogged into each vent opening so that the entire air conveyance system is disinfected.
